Business conditions

Helia Commerce Ltd. is an intermediary Company which does not arrange hunting. We mediate between you and hunting grounds, who actually organize hunting. Exception is the driven hunting, which we organize entirely from 31 October to 31 December in our hunting cottages in the Balkan Chain Mountains. You have to allow our mediation process between us and hunting grounds. As a mediators, we are committed to give to our contractors, professional advice and assistance for  the choose of hunting. By signing an intermediary contract we can enter into agreement with your chosen hunting area. This  intermediary contract shall not apply before it is confirmed to us:

1. Booking
All liabilities deriving from the hunting shall be paid in
Bulgaria. A deposit is required to ensure reservation. A deposit of up to 50% of costs or could be negotiated in the application form. The rest of  the cost must be paid 30 days before beginning of  trip. The amount of costs are specified in
reply to your application. The final calculation of the hunt is
made locally in accordance with the protocol of hunting areas.

2. Responsibility:
We guarantee :
-A thorough choice and control of hunting areas;
-The correct description of the achievements (trophies);
-Conscientious preparation of the trip;
-As a mediator not responsible for mishaps, such as personal injuries, damages and expenses of of force majeure (road accidents, strikes, delays, natural disasters).

3. Objections
Our client is obliged to notify his objections to the hunting guides
and immediately demand compensation. After that, if he has not been yet
Compensated, the objection must be written in the hunting protocol and
must be signed by the client and the hunting guide. If the objection
had not been recorded in the Protocol, the customer /you/ may not be able to claim for reducing emissions.

4. Agreement for cancellation
If you want to cancel hunting this must be done in advance to see the booked dates and if there is opportunity that can be given to another hunter, or moved in time no later than the end of the current calendar year. If there is no such possibility the hunter will lose pre-transferred money -deposit. Helya Commerce Ltd. may terminate the contract due to unexpected circumstances, such as war, strikes, revolts, epidemics, disasters, natural disasters, etc.).

5. Suspension of conditions
If the customer cancels the contract he would be charged for the following :

 - Pre-agreed deposit (it covers our costs and handling of these pendings for hunting, hunting license).
-  Costs of canceled flights, car rentals, hotels, the amends to the Hunting area and so.

6. Formal Regulation
We give information to the hunter about passport, visas, customs, currency and health regulations.
