Prices quote in EURO may change according to the area available for the hunt, at the time of reservation and available lodge.

The price includes:
Pick up service at Sofia airport – (add-on may apply for arrivals via Romania)
Interpreter for the group
4 hunting days 1:1 with a professional hunting guide
5 nights accommodation in a single room (when possible in a hunting lodge or residence)
All transportation in the hunting area during the hunt.
Bulgarian hunting permit valid 30 days
All inclusive – breakfast, supper, dinner, cold and hot soft drinks
Basic preparation of the trophies
Veterinary certificate and all other documents required for the export of the trophies.

The price does not include:
The trophy fees – see Trophy price list per species
The rental of a hunting rifle – 50 E/day
Gratuities to guides
Personal expenses such as alcoholic beverages, long distance calls.
Guided Tours with English, Italian, French speaking guides available on request. |
Trophy price list- valid ONLY at regular hunting & lodging areas. Private lodges may charge higher trophy fees.
Booking and Payment
Advance payment of 50% of the package cost must be paid at the time of confirmation.
The balance of the payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may prepay the trophy fees or part of the fees, all the extra expenses such as alcoholic beverages, additional trophy fees, telephone expenses will be paid on the last day of the hunt.
NOTE - All payments in Bulgaria must be paid in CASH no credit card or cheques accepted in all Eastern European countries.
One month before the hunt starts we have to receive the following information about each hunter:
· Passport details – Name, address, passport number, date of issue and expire date.
· Photocopy of the passport and a hunting license from your country of residence (by mail or fax).
